Who Am I?
First and foremost I am the daughter of The King, King Jesus, and I am Nancy Bethea, the author of the book, “And the Devil is Going to Pay For It!”
I was born into a Christian family and raised as the daughter of a minister. Most of my adult life has been spent in ministry for the Lord. I have served in Children’s and Youth Ministry and been the wife of a pastor. I have a special calling from the Lord to minister to other women, to share Jesus with those who don’t know Him and to encourage those who do.
After nearly thirty-five years of marriage and the joyful chaos of raising five children, a distinct call resonated within me during a church service. I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, and in the quiet of my spirit, I heard God’s unmistakable voice: “You are going to speak for me, and what the Devil meant for harm is going to bring Me glory.” An image flashed in my mind – a room filled with women, of varying ages and ethnicities. It was then, with a certainty that settled deep in my bones, that the Lord affirmed, “I am not done with you yet.”
